Education and training

1999 - graduated from the Police Investigation faculty of the St. Petersburg University of the ministry of internal affairs of the Russian Federation with a degree in law, specialty - lawyer.

2009 - successfully completed an advanced training course at the Vologda Institute of retraining and professional development under the program "Management of state and municipal orders".

2012 - successfully completed a professional retraining course at Moscow financial and industrial university "Synergy" under the program "Enterprise (business) valuation" with the right to carry out valuation activities.

Present time - candidate of law sciences degree seeking applicant at Moscow university of the ministry of internal affairs of Russia.

Was awarded the special rank - police captain. Senior 3^rd class advisor of the municipal service of the Murmansk region (Order of the Council of Deputies of the city of Murmansk № 25/k of 14.06.2006).

In 2009 was enlisted in the reserve of administrative personnel of the Murmansk region to fill the post of head (deputy head) of the public authority.

Work experience

Have more than 15-year experience in leadership positions.

For a long time have supervised the fight against corruption in state and local authorities of the Murmansk region.

In 2005 successfully passed the qualification exam for the position of judge of the general jurisdiction court.

Currently a practicing lawyer, specialist in the area of placement of state orders (legal entities support), civil, commercial and criminal law, have significant experience of judicial practice.

Main specialization today is mostly arbitration processes, commercial disputes, civil, labor, administrative and corporate law. Have considerable experience of judicial practice in arbitration courts and courts of general jurisdiction of both first and subsequent instances.

During the period of legal activity have participated in more than 60 arbitration proceedings (arbitration courts in Saint-Petersburg and Leningrad region, Murmansk, Arkhangelsk, Tula, Kaluga regions, as well as arbitration courts of appeal) and 40 trials in courts of general jurisdiction.

Currently manage the legal department of 5 people. The main tasks are as follows:

1. Full legal support of the defense construction and economic enterprise;

2. Development and legal examination of the whole range of civil law contracts: buying and selling, contract and subcontract, reimbursable services, lease of special construction equipment with and without crew, agency, bareboat charter, transportation and others;

3. Preparation and execution of additional agreements to contracts, protocols of disagreements;

4. Development and legal examination of local normative acts at a large enterprise;

5. Checking the integrity and financial solvency of potential counterparties, including foreign ones, reducing risks in business and other transactions;

6. Wide range of claims and lawsuit work;

7. Representation of interests of the enterprise and its branches in arbitration courts of the Russian Federation and courts of general jurisdiction: preparation of statements of claim, claims on application of interim measures, objections to statements of claim, other procedural documents;

8. Direct participation in the arbitral proceedings of the appeal and cassation instances;

9. Pre-trial settlement of the civil, labor and other disputes, conducting a thorough claim work, peaceful settlement of the disputes;

10. Direct participation in the inspections carried out by the FNS (Federal Tax Service), FAS (Federal Antimonopoly Service) , FSB (Federal Security Service), public prosecution service, Rostekhnadzor (Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service of Russian Federation), Rospotrebnadzor (Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare of the Russian Federation), the formation of justified objections to the results of inspections, judicial review of their results;

11. Determination of legal risks in transactions and concluding contracts;

12. Written and oral counseling of the enterprise management on law enforcement issues;

13. Participation in negotiations with Russian and foreign counterparts;

14. Organization of the current and archival system of legal records;

15. Collection of the accounts receivable and penalties under concluded contracts;

16. Legal expertise of the bidding documentation provided by the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 № 44-FZ "On the contract system for the procurement of goods, construction and services for state and municipal needs" and preparing the applications for participation in the auction;

17. Analyzing procurement records and preparing the applications for participation in the auction in accordance with the Federal Law of 18.07.2011 № 223-FZ " On procurement of goods, construction and services by certain types of legal entities;

18. Taking part in the labor disputes resolution;

19. Organizing and maintaining the international supplies of goods, construction materials, means of mechanization;

20. Resolving corporate legal issues.

During the extensive work in the state and municipal service have studied in detail the work of state and local authorities.

Possess high work capacities; seasoned, calm, able to take correct and balanced decisions.

Hobby: amateur fishing, hiking, motorsports. Ready for overtime work and business trips.

Bring up three daughters.  I do not require separate housing.

Competent computer user. Speak fluent English, also can speak and translate Finnish and Czech.

Have a category "B" driving international license, as well as a car.
