We are looking for an Operations Assistant.
Requirements:
- Experience in Project Management (at least 1 year);
- Experience working with Monday CRM (optimisation, operations, etc);
- Excellent spoken and written English;
- Experience working in Marketing will be a great plus;
- Strong verbal & written communication skills, analytical and interpersonal communication skills, and exceptional organizational and work structuring skills;
- An eye for attention to detail;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Exceptional analytical skills to sift through high volumes of data and information;
Responsibilities:
- Working with Monday CRM Operations, optimisation and implementation of a new features;
- Communication with Marketing Teams & other departments;
- Working closely with Management team (CEO, CMO);
- Task List Check an optimisation;
- Supporting the day-to-day functions of the company;
- Work as a team and assist team members in diverse tasks, such as monitoring, reporting, technical setups, administrative matters, etc;
- Any other tasks assigned by the direct line manager or management.
