Real estate company is looking for an Office/ Construction manager for full time job in Den Haag. For more information please send me PM.
Responsibilities:
-Scheduling meetings and appointments within the office
-Monitoring emails;
-Prepare committee papers, agendas and minutes to meet deadlines;
-Organizing office layout, ordering stationery and equipment
-Maintaining the office condition;
-Communicating with clients/offers preparation
-Manage and control the filing system;
-Arranging necessary construction/materials orders;
-Drawing floor plans for the new projects;
-In collaboration with your colleagues / product specialists ensure the collection of orders and projects;
-Developing and establishing relationship with the suppliers;
-Web site/Facebook/Funda.
Critical Competencies
-Educated at Bachelor degree or least to MBO level;
-High levels of competence of MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
-Availability 40 h a week;
-Driving licence cat.B;
-Excellent communication skills in English -(Dutch,Russian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Polish is a big plus).
