Crew Operator / Technical Manager Assistant

§ Advise and assist the crew Manager in the selection of seafarers. Deal with crew contracts.

§ Supervise ticketing.

§ Check orders to be placed by the Department.

§ Cash to master (procurement).

§ Deal with contacts/relations/matters related with the International Trade Federation and Affiliated Unions.

§ Cooperation with the Superintendents.

§ Procurement and forward to Accounts Department all invoices and approved payment orders related to Crew department matters.

§ Partly dealing with technical assistant matters.

§ SBS manager/crew program.

§ Medicine chest certification and procurement until delivery onboard the vessel.

§ Prepare MGA’s together with General Manager.

§ Thorough checking and coordinating agents’ Disbursement Accounts (D/As) in connection with both the crew and technical managers.
